How do I place an order?
Ordering from www.hai-ha.ca is very straight forward! You can choose to create an account so your information is already in the system for you when order or reorder. You do not need an account to shop but it is recommended. Browse through our selection, choose what you like and add to your cart. All items are one size, fits a waist 26-30", if you require a different size, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an item custom to your size. When you're ready, check out and wait for your delivery! Don't forget to enter discount codes (if applicable) at checkout!
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No you don't have to but it will store your information in our system for your future orders to make your shopping experience more seamless. You can view your previous orders and can manage your account anytime by logging in.
How do I create/log into an account?
At the top of our website there is a link to either log in or create an account. Instructions will follow for you to enter in your information.
I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?
Your confirmation email will be in your inbox as soon as your transaction was approved and completed. It will review your order information! Once your order has been shipped, an email will also be sent to your inbox confirming so. If it is not there, check your spam and junk email boxes. For more information, read 'When will I receive my order' below.
How can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. Your order will be shipped the next business day and a shipping confirmation by email will be sent to you. You can track your package with the tracking number given. If you have any inquiries about the shipping of your order, contact email@example.com.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped the next business day and the time it takes depends on your mailing address.
GTA and Canada: 5-7 business days
US: 7-10 business days
International: 15-30 business days

Do you ship to the country I live in?
We ship internationally. If for any reason you cannot place an order or have specific inquiries please contact email@example.com with your question.
How much is shipping going to be?
Shipping is $10 within Canada, $15 US and $25 outside Canada and the US. If you have to return an item, you will pay the shipping to send the product back.
How can I change/cancel my order?
You must submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 3pm with your full name and order number, indicating that you would like to cancel the order. Once it is shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and contact us with your information and mail it back for a refund. You must pay the shipping for returns, shipping is only free for sales. Once we receive the order then you will be reimbursed.
Change your order:
Unfortunately there is no way to change your order through your customer account once it is placed. You can email email@example.com by 3pm with your full name and order number, indicating that you would like to cancel the order and then place a new order of all the items you want afterwards.
Can I return an item I've bought?
Yes, our policy is you can return an item in its original sale condition within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. If the quality of the product is compromised, we cannot refund the order. To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and information, order number stating that you would like to do a return with the reason of your return. Please include a picture of the item in the condition that you will ship. We will be in contact with you for the request up until the verdict of the refund. Once we receive the item(s) and assess the condition of the product, if it is in the original sale condition then we will full reimburse you for the purchase.
What Size Should I choose?
The products are one size. Body chains fit a waist 26-30", if you require a special size, you may email email@example.com to request a body chain made custom to your size.

What if the item I am interested in is sold out?
We do our best to keep our merchandise stocked but unfortunately styles will sell out from time to time. You can always give us feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us which favorites you would like to be restocked.

Yes you can! The entire HAI-HA Jewelry collection is available on www.hai-ha.ca but you can find them in the trendy shopping destinations Queen Street West, Toronto and Richmond Row, London. Below is a list of our stockists in-store and online!
